But my journey in real estate goes back further—37 years to when I bought my first property at age 19, on the advice of my father. Since then, real estate has remained both my passion and profession.

Before moving full-time into real estate in 2014, I spent years in federal service as a Customs Officer, K9 handler, and head of Corporate Security at the CRA. Those roles sharpened my negotiation, leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills—qualities I bring to every client relationship.

Today, as a Partner at Key Marketing, British Columbia’s largest development marketing and sales agency by volume, I’ve helped lead and execute strategies for more than 10 major projects, delivering over 2,000 homes and $1.5 billion in sales.
